Sometimes, color pictures are not the best way to transmit some specific mood or atmosphere. Besides B&W, other monochrome toning can actually bless a capture with a new dimension.
There are many good tips on the web about this type of photography, and it is not immediate and simple. I will have to do more homework, but for now I hope you like these.
